ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Gholston and his teammates will try and slowdown Jeremy Langford. Langford did not play last weekend, but has averaged over 200 yards rushing per contest this fall.
The Crockett vs. Highland Park match-up is one of most interesting of the 1st round. Highland Park is 6-3, but they played as tough a schedule as anyone in Michigan, including out of state power Archbishop Moeller (Marcus Rush)
Devin Gardner and Inkster got in at 5-3 with a big win on Friday. They have a tough match-up against Edsel Ford and could have Detroit MLK waiting for them.
Dior Mathis and Cass Tech qualified at 5-3. They have one of the toughest first round match-ups, going on the road to face the Tractors of Dearborn Fordson
Division 2 is loaded with traditional powerhouse programs. Lowell, Muskegon, Brother Rice, Warren DeLaSalle, Detroit MLK, Farmington Hills Harrison and Midland are all in this division.
